They bounced back with a huge 41-7 win over Cal Poly and added another one last week with a 26-24 win over Syracuse. Emmet Kenney hit a 39-yard field goal as time expired to win the game for the Cardinal. Ashton Daniels was 23-of-38 passing for 178 yards.

The Clemson Tigers are fifth in the ACC with a 2-1 record. They had a tough start losing 34-3 against Georgia and then exploded on the offensive end. A 66-20 win over App State followed and the Tigers won 59-35 against NC State last week. Cade Klubnik threw for three touchdowns and added a 55-yard scoring run. He finished 16 for 24 for 209 yards.
