New York Giants vs Washington Commanders: Both teams lost in the opening week
The NFC East rivals will be looking for their first win of the season when they collide at Northwest Stadium on Sunday.
The Giants look bad at the start of the season
No one really sees the New York Giants to make a significant success this season, but still their opening week performance was just poor. The Giants lost 28-6 at home to the Minnesota Vikings even though they put themselves first on the board after only four minutes of play. Graham Gano kicked field goals of 23 and 50 yards for the Giants and that is all they did in the entire game.
Will Jayden Daniels change the fortune for the Commanders?
The Washington Commanders had a tough visit to start the season and lost 37-20 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jayden Daniels, the second overall pick of the last NFL Draft had a solid debut for Washington. He finished the game with 88 yards rushing on 16 attempts and went 17 of 24 passing for 184 yards and no interceptions.

Prediction and Conclusion
No one really expected anything from these two teams going into the season, and they proved they would not be even very competitive in the opening week. Jayden Daniels looked solid in his pro debut, but the fact is that he needs someone to pass to. The Commanders have lost their last nine games, including last season, and this looks like the one they can end that losing streak. The Giants were the better team in the last ten head-to-head games, but we will go with the Comanders to win this one.
