Prediction and Conclusion
Jannik Sinner has had an excellent season, reaching the top of the ATP rankings and winning six titles so far in the season. Despite the doping scandal, Sinner is playing very well lately, but he lost in the final in Alcaraz at the beginning of the week. There is no doubt that such a long tournament and a disappointing loss at the end may take their toll, but Sinner has proven many times that he is the best when wounded. Taro Daniel is not even close to the level to be any kind of problem for the world No. 1, so we go with Sinner winning this one by covering the -5.5-game spread.
