Head-to-Head – Hurkacz leads 1-0
- Hurkacz vs Shevchenko 3-6, 6-3, 7-6 (2023 ATP Dubai, first round)
Prediction and Conclusion
Hubert Hurkacz has become a regular in the top 10 of the rankings and is the main favorite to win his second consecutive title in Marseille. He has an excellent serve which will be very difficult to break on that surface. Shevchenko is one of the players on the rise, and even though he was very close to beating Hurkacz in their first match, the Russian will stand no chance in this one. Hurkacz will bring in his top game and will advance by winning 2-0.
