Head-to-Head
This will be the first match between Casper and Flavio Cobolli.
Prediction and Conclusion
This semifinal match should have taken place on Friday, but because of the rain, it was moved to Saturday. Whoever wins this match will play the same day in the final against Tomas Machac, who defeated Novak Djokovic in their semifinal battle. There is no doubt that Ruud is by far the better player, but it is a question of how much he would want to play twice on Saturday and then head to Roland Garros. Cobolli will be the one who puts in more effort, and that focus will give him a chance to fight for the title in Geneva.
