Prediction and Conclusion

These two players met last year at the same stage of the French Open, when Alcaraz won easily in straight sets. It is a fact that Tsitsipas is in much better form now, but that will probably not make any difference. Tsitsipas had a huge problem in the previous round against Arnaldi and was on the verge of going 2-0 down, but he managed to come back. Yesterday, he had no rest since he plays doubles with his brothers. Alcaraz seems ready to go all the way this year at Roland Garros and will get one step closer with a straight-set win today.
