Arthur Cazaux and Felix Auger-Aliassime will face each other in the second round of ATP Montpellier indoor tournament.
Borna Coric Profile

He is 6-3 for the season and 5-1 on hard surfaces. Last week, Coric reached the final of the Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve challenger, losing to Leandro Riedi. Previously, Coric lost in the opening round of the Australian Open to Frances Tiafoe in four sets.
This is his fourth appearance in Montpeliier, and his best result was last year’s quarterfinal.

Head-to-Head 1-1
- Coric vs Cobolli 7-5, 6-4 (2022 Parma 3 Challenger, round of 16)
- Cobolli vs Coric 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 (2022 Rome 2 Challenger, first round)
Prediction and Conclusion
Borna Coric looked like one of the most promising players early in his career, having been able to beat Roger Federer on multiple occasions. His career did not progress as expected, but the Croatian is still only 27 years old and can be back close to the top 10. Cobolli is much younger, at 21, and has the highest ranking of his career, which is still much lower than where Coric stands. Both players have won one of their previous matches, and this is the first time they will play on a hard surface. Coric is much more experienced and has been playing well at Montpellier before. He is the main favorite to win the tournament that can set the tone for his season, and Coric will find a way to go through today.
